Obituary

Thomas Matthew Larry never met a stranger. He was known for the hugs he gave freely to so many people and for his easy and infectious smile.
Thomas, our beloved son, brother, uncle, and grandson, was born on March 17, 2006. He left us and joined God on Aug. 7, 2017, and we know he's now telling jokes, being silly and keeping everyone in Heaven entertained.

Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Longview. Father Justin Braun, Thomas's uncle, will celebrate the funeral Mass...

Father Justin Braun, Thomas's uncle, will celebrate the funeral Mass at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 13, also at St. Mary's. Immediately after Mass, Bishop Joseph Strickland will lead the interment service at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Lakeview Funeral Home, Longview, TX.

Thomas's family requests people who attend the services to wear shades of pink, because it was Thomas's favorite color.

Thomas is survived by his parents, Pamela and Kedrick Larry; his brothers: Jake Billings, Chris Larry, and John Larry and Jake's wife Nicole and Thomas' nephew Joshua; his grandparents, Terry and Helen Braun, and Willie Mae Williams; his uncle Father Justin Braun; and aunt and uncle Nicole and Travis Scott and their children, Taylor, Madeleine, Caleb, Timothy, Lily and Benjamin as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
